The company said the program is intended to make full backyard transformations easier to manage by allowing clients to finance complete outdoor living environments — including pools, patios, kitchens, hardscapes, and related features — through one contractor.

The company said traditional backyard construction can require homeowners to coordinate several independent contractors, a process that may create fragmented oversight, grading conflicts, schedule issues, and added costs. A Plus Landscaping said its model brings design, construction, and financing into a single process to reduce those complications and support a more coordinated project plan. For larger outdoor projects, early coordination can be important because pool placement, patio elevations, drainage, utility runs, retaining features, and access routes often affect one another during construction.

Under its unified master-planning approach, A Plus Landscaping treats swimming pools as part of a broader outdoor environment rather than as standalone additions. The company said that method is intended to ensure that surrounding elements, including custom decks, outdoor kitchens, seating areas, patios, and other hardscape features, are designed to work together.

According to the company, the HFS Financial option offers up to 120% project coverage, allowing homeowners to complete an entire backyard footprint in one phase and potentially avoid later retrofitting costs. A Plus Landscaping said the financing structure may be particularly relevant for properties in Berks, Chester, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties, where rolling terrain and freeze-thaw cycles can require additional engineering considerations.

The company said its design-build process adapts layouts to local property conditions, including projects involving modern in-ground pools and low-maintenance family-oriented outdoor spaces. A Plus Landscaping also said it backs its paver patio installations with a 15-year warranty and designs full-turnkey pool environments to function as central outdoor living areas for the home.
