C.H. Robinson（NASDAQ: CHRW）在財報中表示，這家第三方物流公司已達到其中週期營業利潤率目標，「while the freight market is still in the trough of the demand cycle.」

C.H. Robinson 總營收增加 19.3% 至 49 億美元，公司在週三下午發布的財報聲明中表示，這「primarily driven by higher pricing in our truckload, less than truckload (“LTL”), air and ocean services」。

營收大幅增加，並未帶來相近幅度的獲利提升。運費上漲雖可快速推升營收，但對第三方物流公司而言，當合約貨量需要以價格更高的現貨運力承接時，也可能造成壓力。

因此，毛利僅增加 2.7% 至 14 億美元。調整後毛利屬於非 GAAP 指標，則增加 2.4%，「primarily driven by higher adjusted gross profit per transaction in our LTL and air services.」

各業務線表現分歧。Truckload 的調整後毛利較去年同期下降 1.4%，LTL 調整後毛利則上升 21.8%。Air 的調整後毛利增加 22.9%。Ocean 下降 2.7%，Customs 則下降 9.4%。

本季度 C.H. Robinson 持續裁減職位。在財報聲明中，執行長 Dave Bozeman 再次提到公司的「Lean AI strategy」，他表示這項策略使公司得以「identify and remove waste and to automate manual processes in the quote-to-case lifecycle of an order.」

Bozeman 表示：「The result has been evergreen productivity improvements of over 60% since the end of 2022 in both NAST and Global Forwarding. The execution of our strategy has also enabled us to build a scalable model with significant operating leverage, which contributed to the 20% year-over-year increase in our adjusted operating income.」

根據 SeekingAlpha，C.H. Robinson 的非 GAAP 每股盈餘為 1.61 美元，較華爾街共識預估高出 9 美分。營收 49.3 億美元，較預期高出 5.8 億美元。
