Aboitiz Foundation 正與政府機構、地方政府、學術機構、社區、發展組織及民間部門夥伴合作，擴大教育、生計與氣候行動倡議的可及性。這些計畫旨在回應社區的即時需求，同時在 OneAboitiz Sustainability 架構下產生可衡量的長期成果。

“Over the years, the role of Aboitiz Foundation has evolved alongside the changing needs of the communities we serve. Today, we see ourselves as a development partner, working with communities to improve education, strengthen livelihoods, create sustainable sources of income, and build long-term resilience,” Aboitiz Foundation President Ginggay Hontiveros-Malvar said.

“Our philosophy has shifted from simply doing CSR to being a good neighbor. We measure success not by the projects we deliver, but by the communities that are stronger, more self-reliant, and better prepared for the future because of our partnership,” Ms. Hontiveros-Malvar added.

基金會表示，合作夥伴關係已協助其數位生計倡議從試點項目轉型為全國性勞動力發展平台。其做法結合公共部門的觸及能力、民間部門的技術支援與地方執行，使計畫超越一次性干預。

Elevate AIDA，即 Artificial Intelligence and Data Annotation，是與 Connected Women 共同推出；截至 July 2026，該計畫已從疫情期間的 60 名學員，擴展到在菲律賓全國培訓超過 2,400 名具備數位能力且可就業的女性。

Aboitiz Foundation 隨後與 Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) 合作推出 AIDA Plus，該計畫培訓菲律賓人掌握虛擬助理、資料分析、雲端會計及數位內容創作等高需求技能。已有超過 1,000 名學員完成該計畫培訓。

透過地方政府單位及其他執行夥伴部署，該計畫得以在全國更廣泛推行，畢業率達 97%，並有超過 680 名畢業生已就業。基金會表示，這些合作支持其協助創造 300,000 個數位工作機會的長期目標。

Aboitiz Foundation 的教育計畫同樣依賴合作夥伴關係來擴大觸及範圍，特別是在電力、連網、學習工具與教師支援會影響課堂教學的地區。

AuroraPH 由 Department of Education (DepEd)、Huawei、Starlink、GivePower、ING、Okada Foundation 及 Aboitiz 業務單位共同執行，自 2024 年推出以來，已為 84 所偏遠學校供電。該倡議為位於地理隔離地區的學校提供太陽能電力、網際網路連線、數位學習工具與教師培訓，服務超過 4,800 名學生、逾 400 名教師及約 24,000 名社區成員。

基金會正努力將 AuroraPH 擴展至 100 所偏遠學校。基金會表示，該計畫的成效將透過識字能力提升、學習成果改善及教育可及性擴大來衡量。

透過與高等教育機構合作，Aboitiz Foundation 的 Future Leaders Scholarship Program 自 2000 年以來已支持超過 1,200 名獎學生。目前該計畫有 273 名獎學生就讀於 University of the Philippines、Ateneo de Manila University、De La Salle University、University of Santo Tomas、Mapúa University、Benguet State University 及 Pampanga State Agricultural University。

為強化該國數位人才管道，基金會也與 Asian Institute of Management 設立 1,000 萬美元捐贈基金。該基金已支持 290 名攻讀資料科學研究所課程的學生，並培育出超過 160 名畢業生。

Future Leaders Scholarship Program 提供的不只是財務援助。該計畫包含領導力發展、導師指導、在 Aboitiz Group 內的實習、志願服務機會，以及旨在培養獎學生在商業、政府、學術界及非營利部門擔任領導角色的學習經驗。

Aboitiz Foundation 也透過合作夥伴關係，藉由 CarbonPH 追求長期環境成果；CarbonPH 被描述為 Aboitiz Group 首個地景尺度、以自然為本的氣候倡議。

CarbonPH 正與 Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)、地方政府單位及 Archeda Japan 共同執行。該倡議代表一項為期 40 年的承諾，將透過森林復育、集水區保護、生物多樣性保育、永續生計及衛星輔助環境監測，在 Cebu 復育超過 71,000 公頃退化地景。

CarbonPH 的長期時程反映基金會對 stewardship 與可衡量環境成果的重視，並將社區參與與復育、生計及監測並列為重點。

基金會表示，透過結合政府、社區、公民社會及民間部門的力量，基金會正在擴大旨在創造持久社會與環境影響的計畫。

“We wanted to make sure that the programs that we were doing would be sustainable and that the communities would be more involved in terms of stewardship,” Ms. Hontiveros-Malvar said.
