Stellar (XLM) подключается к XRP Ledger, поскольку экосистема платежей XRPL расширяется
Ключевые выводы
- •Xora Finance enabled native XLM to settle directly on the XRP Ledger without wrapped tokens or traditional cross-chain bridges, reconnecting two payment networks that diverged in 2014.
- •Stellar's network reached a record 11.1 million daily transactions and added approximately $112 million in stablecoins within a single week, reflecting growing demand for dollar-pegged assets on the ledger.
- •Girin Labs obtained FinCEN MSB registration for its XRPL-native Girin Card, a Visa-powered self-custody card supporting compliant XRP and RLUSD payments at over 130 million merchant locations.
- •XRPL version 3.3.0 retired five long-active amendments—including Clawback—as a codebase cleanup that removes obsolete pre-amendment code while keeping all existing functionality unchanged.
- •Six new proposed amendments entered the xrpld 3.3.0 release, including ConfidentialTransfer and BatchV1_1, but each requires more than 80% validator support for two consecutive weeks before Mainnet activation.

Native XLM can now settle directly on the XRP Ledger through Xora Finance, without relying on wrapped tokens or traditional cross-chain bridges. Stellar recorded 11.1 million daily transactions as stablecoin activity and institutional usage continued to grow across its network. Separately, Girin Card secured FinCEN MSB registration, supporting compliant XRP and RLUSD payments through its self-custody card. On the protocol side, XRPL version 3.3.0 retired five long-active amendments—including Clawback—without altering their existing functionality, while six new proposed amendments entered the release but each still requires validator approval before Mainnet activation.
Stellar (XLM) has gained a new connection to the XRP Ledger as Xora Finance enables native XLM settlement on XRPL, creating a direct route between two blockchain networks with shared origins. The development coincides with stronger Stellar network activity and a broader expansion of the XRP Ledger's payment infrastructure through Girin Card and a new xrpld software release.
XLM traded near $0.16 amid short-term selling pressure. Despite that, activity across the Stellar network remained robust, with daily transactions recently reaching a record 11.1 million. The network also added approximately $112 million in stablecoins within a single week, representing growth of around 12.1%.
Native XLM Gains Access to XRP Ledger
Xora Finance, a neobank focused on the XRP ecosystem, has enabled native XLM to settle through the XRP Ledger. The integration gives XLM holders another way to interact with XRPL-based financial applications and liquidity pools without depending on wrapped versions of the token. Wrapped tokens typically introduce counterparty risk because they depend on an issuer holding collateral on a separate chain, whereas native settlement removes that intermediary layer.
The connection brings together two networks that have operated independently for more than a decade. Stellar and XRPL were both designed around fast and accessible payment infrastructure before diverging in 2014, when Jed McCaleb departed Ripple to co-found Stellar. Both ledgers have since pursued overlapping goals in cross-border payments and tokenization but built largely separate communities and developer ecosystems. Direct settlement now establishes another bridge between their respective payment infrastructures.
Xora Finance stated that the integration allows native XLM to access XRPL settlement infrastructure without traditional third-party bridges. The approach could streamline movement between the two ecosystems as developers increasingly build applications supporting assets across multiple blockchain networks.
Stellar has also experienced growth in payment and stablecoin activity. MoneyGram recently launched its MGUSD stablecoin through Bridge on Stellar, adding another payment product to the network's expanding role in cash-to-crypto services and global remittances. The growth in on-chain stablecoin issuance reflects broader demand for dollar-pegged assets on faster, low-cost payment ledgers.
XRP Ledger Payment Infrastructure Expands With Girin Card
XRPL payment infrastructure is also broadening after Girin Labs secured a Money Services Business (MSB) registration with the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) for Girin Card. MSB registration is a baseline federal compliance requirement for businesses engaged in money transmission or currency exchange in the United States, placing Girin under applicable anti-money-laundering and reporting obligations. The XRPL-native self-custody payment card supports real-world payments using XRP and RLUSD, Ripple's U.S.-dollar-pegged stablecoin.
Girin Labs stated: "The regulatory foundation is set. One step closer to making XRPL the rails for everyday spending." The registration covers payment flows involving compliant crypto conversion and settlement, while also supporting the company's plans to establish banking and institutional partnerships.
Girin Card was introduced in March as an XRPL-native self-custody card powered by Visa. The project intends to allow users to spend XRP and RLUSD across more than 130 million merchant locations in over 150 countries. Its roadmap also includes enterprise APIs and white-label infrastructure for companies seeking to launch card programs using Girin's payment system.
XRPL 3.3.0 Retires Five Older Amendments
XRP Ledger developers released xrpld version 3.3.0, retiring five amendments that had remained active on the network for years. The retired amendments include Clawback, fixDisallowIncomingV1, fixInnerObjTemplate, fixNFTokenReserve, and fixUniversalNumber.
RippleX software engineer Mayukha Vadari described the retirement process as "purely a codebase cleanup" that "won't affect any users." Retirement removes obsolete pre-amendment code while keeping the rules those amendments introduced as permanent parts of XRPL.
Retiring an amendment means removing the pre-amendment code that still exists in the codebase for amendments that got activated a while ago (like Clawback). This is purely a codebase cleanup and won't affect any users. We wait 2 years in case there's a need for the old code when…

Clawback therefore remains available to qualifying token issuers and does not apply to native XRP. The software update also introduces six proposed amendments, including ConfidentialTransfer, DynamicMPT, Sponsor, and BatchV1_1. These features are not yet active on Mainnet and must receive more than 80% validator support for two continuous weeks before activation.
XLM faces resistance near $0.166, followed by $0.182, while the $0.142–$0.150 zone remains a key support range. The new XRPL settlement route arrives as both networks continue expanding payment, tokenization, and cross-network infrastructure.
