Biggest Bitcoin Miner's Holdings Shrink Nearly 30%
MARA, the largest publicly traded Bitcoin miner, reported a 29% year over year drop in its Bitcoin holdings to 35,577 bitcoin:native in Q2.
Revenue declined 27%, while net loss reached $611 million. However, hashrate increased 22% to 70.3 EH/s, and Bitcoin production rose 3%.
MARA's combined cash and Bitcoin holdings stood near $2.5 billion.
