一名自稱「3-time Trump voter」的人在 X 上表示，她對美國總統 Donald Trump's 的政策感到不滿，但同時拒絕承認自己在 2024 年選舉中投錯票。
「我說這些，是以一名三度投票給 Trump 的人、終身共和黨人的身份說的；我在 Trump 的造勢活動和前往 DC 的旅行上花了令人尷尬的大筆錢，」Lucy Riles 在 X 上寫道。「我被騙了。過去 14 個月是一次又一次的背叛。承認自己搞錯了真的很難受。不，我不是說 Kamala [Harris] 會更好。但 Trump 是個政客，是個被美化了的江湖郎中。他不是上帝，也不該被當作上帝來崇拜。我們需要讓政治人物承擔責任，尤其是那些我們投票支持、甚至為此犧牲友誼、工作和家庭的人。」

8 月稍早，另一名三度投票給 Trump 的選民在 MS NOW 抱怨，儘管總統曾承諾上任後要降低通膨，卻表示：「the prices haven't gone down. I don't know, I'm just, I'm over it, I think, over the Trump thing, the Trump wagon — whatever you want to call it.」
另一名 Trump 選民則抱怨說：「It's hard. It makes me feel like I'm a horrible mother sometimes because I'm stressing about what I'm going to do — do I have enough money to put gas in, or do I need to buy eggs and milk for my child? Or do I need to not go to work every day to make that money because gas prices are so expensive?」
那名選民接著說：「And mind you, it could be my fault — I do work in cleaning, but still, that's a 45-minute drive. We're putting 80 bucks in every three days, tops, maybe. It's just hard to feel good when everything's going downhill, I feel like. It's supposed to be going up, and sometimes, yes, it is up, and then all of a sudden it just goes down. And then we're always told, you know, ‘this is going to change’ or ‘I'm going to make this better’ or ‘we're going to make this better’ — but where's it at? We're not seeing it at all.」
同樣是在 8 月稍早，來自愛荷華州、名叫 Stephen Foot 的 Trump 選民告訴 MS NOW：「the prices haven't gone down. I don't know, I'm just, I'm over it, I think, over the Trump thing, the Trump wagon — whatever you want to call it.」
另有一名 Trump 選民在 8 月稍早談到伊朗戰爭時表示：「Enough! Bring our guys and girls home. I don't want to see it — I don't like seeing war, that's all. We need to protect our borders and keep our family here safe.」
而更近期、同樣是在週一，前 MAGA 立法者、前聯邦眾議員 Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) 指控 Trump 對自己的支持者「disloyalty」。
Greene 在 X 上寫道：「I hear this from people literally every single day. There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying this and demanding your elected leaders deliver exactly what they promised you when you voted, donated, and supported them. The disloyalty comes from Trump, not people like this.」
