SEC 主席 Paul Atkins 週二接受 Fox Business 訪問時表示，監管機構正持續推進旨在支持加密產業的規則，突顯相關機構在國會審議該法案之際，仍試圖提供更清晰的指引。
支持加密的立法者原本希望在國會於 8 月休會前通過《Clarity Act》，但表決已延至 9 月。該法案將建立一個框架，用以區分屬於證券、商品或穩定幣的數位資產，這一分類長期影響企業如何設計產品、處理合規，以及規劃託管安排。

“Atkins said. “The Clarity Act will be voted on in the Senate on the 15th of September,” Atkins said. “I anticipate and hope that it will be passed by the Senate and sent ultimately to the President’s desk for a signature.”
