BitMart 表示，將在營運九年後關閉其全球加密貨幣交易所，完整平台營運預定於 2027 年 1 月 31 日 15:59 UTC 結束。根據 CoinGecko 數據，該公告使 BMX 在週日下跌約 60%。

BitMart 在官方通知中表示：「After a careful evaluation of the Company’s operating conditions, market environment, and future strategic direction, BitMart has made the difficult decision to commence an orderly wind-down of its trading platform operations. We deeply regret having to make this decision.」

該公司表示，在使用者關閉部位、兌換產品、保留帳戶紀錄並提取資金期間，其系統的部分功能將維持可用。BitMart 的通知概述了分階段關閉流程，從立即限制新活動開始，並持續到 2027 年初平台營運最終停止。對使用者而言，關鍵問題不只是最終關閉日期，還包括決定交易、部位管理、身分檢查與提款必須完成時間的較早期限。

此決定是在 Cryptopolitan 週四報導另一家交易所 BitMEX 已在營運 11 年後結束業務之後作出，意味著兩大加密貨幣交易平台在四天內宣布關閉。

BitMart 在 8 月結束交易前限制新活動

BitMart 於 2026 年 7 月 26 日 01:30 UTC 開始實施限制。自該時間起，新使用者已無法註冊帳戶，交易所也開始停用加密貨幣與法幣存款。

該交易所表示，任何在相關期限到來時仍未平倉的期貨部位，可能會由 BitMart 關閉。該公司表示，可能採用其當前定價機制、指數價格，或當時生效的結算規則，完整細節將在另一份公告中提供。

期貨使用者目前只能減少或關閉既有部位，不能開立新部位。現貨交易也不再接受新訂單。BitMart 另將關閉跟單交易、網格機器人、API 交易及其他自動化交易工具。仍有未成交訂單的使用者必須自行取消，否則 BitMart 將代為取消。

最終關閉不會立即移除所有帳戶存取權限。BitMart 表示：「After operations have ceased, users will still be able to log in for a specified period to access their accounts, review historical records, and submit withdrawal requests in accordance with the applicable procedures in effect at that time,」

BitMart 在其官方通知中表示，使用者必須在 8 月 26 日 01:00 UTC 前升級安全設定、完成或更新身分驗證，並關閉所有加密貨幣部位。該公司建議使用者不要等到期限，而是在同日 5:00 UTC 前提交提款申請。

BitMart 表示，部分提款申請在核准前可能需要額外審查。交易所可能檢查帳戶所有權、存檔的 KYC 文件、用於登入的裝置與 IP 位址、收款錢包、資金來源，以及帳戶交易歷史。其也可能進行與區塊鏈風險、制裁要求、Travel Rule 及其他法律義務相關的檢查。這些檢查意味著，提款可能不僅取決於可用餘額，也取決於使用者是否已備妥最新的驗證紀錄與帳戶安全設定。

BitMart 表示：「For users who do not complete withdrawals within the recommended timeframe, the related requests will be transferred to a dedicated processing procedure,」

Binance 創辦人 Changpeng “CZ” Zhao 回應表示：「Tough times (again)! At least, it appears to be an orderly wind down where users can withdraw their assets. Pro tip: Self custody if you know how to keep your seedphrase safe (Trust Wallet). Or use the largest exchange (Binance) with staying power.」

CZ 的評論提及 Trust Wallet 和 Binance，作為使用者在 BitMart 關閉後考慮資產存放地點時的替代選項。
