“A majority of our business is residential, obviously, but they want to get out of their storage unit that they’re paying for, get something on their property that they can access 24/7,” Castellanos said.

“It’s not just me as a sales design consultant trying to sell you a product. It’s actually me trying to get you an experience that one, you’re going to recommend to your friends and two, is going to keepsake your valuables, your memorables that you’re storing in your shed,” he said.

Tuff Shed 由 CEO Tom Saurey 于 45 years ago 创立，现已在美国扩展至 74 factories。在 San Antonio 地区，公司在 Loop 410 以南运营两处地点：位于 410 and Bandera 的展示场（Castellanos 在此工作），以及位于 New Braunfels、靠近 I-35 的较新站点。

Castellanos 表示，目前从设计到安排施工的周期为 one to two weeks，而现场组装通常可在一天内完成。客户还可以先在 toughshed.com 在线设计自己的储物棚，再与顾问沟通。
