ABS-CBN Corp.周三宣布，计划通过来自三家Lopez家族投资公司、I&C Holdings Corp.以及Lopez, Inc.的认购，筹集60亿比索新股本。

代表Lopez家族三个分支的Crème Investment Corp.、Mantes Corp.和Presta Holdings Co., Inc.已承诺使用个人资金，合计认购价值22亿比索的ABS-CBN股份。I&C Holdings Corp.是一家100%菲律宾持有的私人投资控股公司，将认购35亿比索的股份，而Lopez, Inc.将再认购3亿比索。

ABS-CBN表示，此次增资旨在加强资产负债表，并为其业务计划提供额外资源。该公司自2020年以来一直在没有国会广播特许经营权的情况下运营，当时众议院拒绝其续期申请，迫使该网络停止地面免费电视和广播业务，并转向数字平台、内容制作和国际分销。Crème Investment、Mantes和Presta承诺的22亿比索，延续了此前关于这笔资金将用于应对公司对员工的义务并支持其复苏计划的公告。
