Паттерн «перевёрнутая голова и плечи» по BTC может нацеливаться на $76,000 — если выдержит встречные ветры от Clarity Act

Bitcoin's recent price action has been unremarkable, the kind of sluggish trading that sends market participants looking for signals elsewhere. But viewed through a technical analyst's lens, the largest cryptocurrency by market value appears to be carving out a bullish inverse head-and-shoulders (H&S) pattern on the daily chart — one that, if confirmed, could project a rally toward $76,000.
The setup remains unconfirmed. Chart reading is inherently subjective, and uncertainty surrounding the Clarity Act's legislative prospects gives traders reason to watch for renewed weakness below the 50-day moving average.
The Pattern in Focus
The inverse H&S is a widely tracked bullish reversal formation, typically observed at the end of a downtrend rather than midway through one. It consists of three troughs separated by temporary price recoveries. The middle trough — the deepest of the three — marks peak bearish sentiment or selling pressure, while the shallower trough that follows signals seller exhaustion and potential downtrend fatigue.
A pattern is considered complete only when prices rise decisively through a line connecting the interim recovery highs, known as the neckline. That breakout is treated as confirmation of a bullish trend revival.
On Bitcoin's daily chart, the formation is visible: a low near $60,000 in early June formed the left shoulder; a deeper trough near $57,700 in late June or early July marked the head; and the recent bounce from around $62,500 formed the right shoulder. Each trough was followed by a rebound toward a similar resistance zone. Connecting those bounce highs produces a neckline sitting at roughly $66,800.
That neckline level serves as the trigger. If prices continue climbing and break decisively above $66,800, chartists would interpret it as confirmation of the pattern. The projected target near $76,000 is derived from the pattern's depth — the distance from the neckline to the head — added above the breakout point.
Reliability and Caveats
Technical analysis patterns are inherently subjective, and some chartists may argue this particular setup does not fit textbook definitions to the letter. The inverse H&S, however, is generally regarded as one of the more reliable bullish reversal formations.
Thomas Bulkowski, an internationally recognized authority on chart patterns, classifies the inverse H&S as a highly reliable bullish reversal setup. According to his data — drawn from thousands of charts studied over years in traditional equity markets — the pattern ranks 13th out of 39 for performance, with only an 11% break-even failure rate. His research shows that 71% of these patterns meet their measured price target, with a 65% rate of pulling back to retest the neckline before continuing higher.
Even so, the inverse H&S on Bitcoin's chart remains a work in progress rather than a confirmed signal. It represents one possible scenario, not a guarantee. The pattern only activates if price actually clears and sustains above the neckline.
The Clarity Act Headwind
A significant headwind is working against the bullish case. Odds of the Clarity Act passing this year have been dwindling, removing a catalyst that some traders had been counting on for regulatory tailwinds. The Clarity Act is part of a broader push in Washington to establish a comprehensive framework for digital asset regulation, addressing long-standing questions about which assets fall under SEC versus CFTC jurisdiction. For a market that has historically traded in response to regulatory headlines — from ETF approvals to enforcement actions — the prospect of clear legislative guidelines has been treated as a potential inflection point.
That legislative uncertainty makes it worthwhile to remain vigilant for fresh downside even as the chart flashes a potentially bullish setup.
The critical level to watch on the downside is the 50-day simple moving average, currently near $63,321. A decisive break below that threshold would serve as an early warning that the pattern is losing its footing rather than building toward a breakout.
Bitcoin was trading near $64,931 at the time of writing.
