London, Sept. 1, 2026, Chainwire — Alkemya Luxembourg S.à.r.l. (“Alkemya”) は、スポンサーとして、Alkemya Metacore SCSp が Class 1 ニッケルワイヤーに裏付けられた精密工業用ニッケルワイヤー事業向けの上場前資金調達で USD 50 million を確保したと発表した。

トークンは、Luxembourg を拠点とする特別有限責任組合である Alkemya Metacore SCSp（“Alkemya Metacore”）によって発行され、El Salvador の CNAD（National Commission of Digital Assets）に発行体として登録されている。

Alkemya Metacore は、高度金属の産業開発、商業化、および財務構造化に重点を置く Luxembourg ベースの投資・事業運営プラットフォームである。同社は、直径 0.025 mm の 99.99% 超高純度ニッケルワイヤーを約 7 million metres 保有しており、独立した検証を受け、評価額は約 USD 1.64 billion とされている。この資産は Switzerland の Lugano で機関保管されている。
