Devyani International a fait état d'une forte hausse de son bénéfice net au trimestre de juin, celui-ci atteignant 17 crore de roupies. Le chiffre d'affaires a progressé de 16,47 % à 1 580,51 crore de roupies, tandis que le revenu total a augmenté de 16,72 %.
La société avait plus tôt annoncé une fusion avec Sapphire Foods India, une opération qui créerait l'une des plus grandes chaînes de restauration rapide du pays.
